Joan trained at Price Waterhouse in Toronto before setting up her own practice. She has more than 30 years of experience in public practice.

Joan is a Chartered Professional Accountant and became a fellow of the Institute in 2006. She has lectured at professional seminars put on by medical associations and taught accounting courses to CA students at the university level.

Joan also was a member of the board and treasurer of Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra and Chamber Choir for twelve years and continues to participate on committees of this world class orchestra. She also served as board member and treasurer of The Necessary Angel Theatre Company for five years.
Christine is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 30 years of experience in public practice. She has provided accounting, consulting, tax and controllership services to clients in a wide variety of industries with a focus on owner-managed businesses. During her career she has worked for both large and small firms, including Price Waterhouse and Bulmash Cullemore since 2008 and continues working with Joan Cullemore at her firm.
Christine has extensive experience with system implementation and is very familiar with most popular accounting and software packages. Christine has experience with mergers and acquisitions, including helping clients to maximize purchase price and transition operating entities onto new reporting.
